Schedule
What is Nexora's shipping schedule?
Shipments are processed and dispatched 5 times per week, Monday through Friday. Schedules may adjust during holidays, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Warehouse
When should packages arrive at the warehouse?
Packages should be delivered to the U.S. warehouse by 12:00 PM daily to qualify for the next available shipment. Packages received after 12:00 PM may be processed on the following business day.
Account
What details must be on my package?
Every package must clearly show the customer's name and assigned Nexora account number. Packages without proper identification may be delayed while ownership is verified.
Delivery
Do you offer delivery and pickup?
Yes. Delivery and pickup services are available for selected areas. Fees may vary depending on location and package size, and customers are notified when packages are ready.
Customs
Who is responsible for customs and duties?
Customs duties, taxes, and government fees are the customer's responsibility when applicable. Nexora is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, government agencies, weather, or airline schedules.
Restrictions
Which items are prohibited?
Illegal substances, firearms, ammunition, weapons, explosives, flammable materials, hazardous chemicals, counterfeit goods, and items prohibited by Jamaican or U.S. law are not accepted. Prohibited items may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Inspection
Can Nexora inspect packages?
Yes. Nexora Global Logistics may inspect packages when required by customs, security regulations, or company policy. Suspicious or prohibited items may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Claims
What should I do if a package is lost or damaged?
Lost or damaged packages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Compensation is subject to carrier investigation and declared value.
Storage
Are there storage fees?
Packages not collected within 14 days of arrival may be subject to storage fees. Packages left unclaimed for more than 60 days may be considered abandoned and disposed of at the company's discretion.
Rates
What is the standard air freight rate?
The standard air freight rate starts at JMD $650 for 1 lb, with the rate sheet showing package rates up to 10 lbs. Additional charges may apply for oversized, overweight, fragile, restricted, or special-handling items.
Notice
Can shipping rates change?
Yes. Nexora may adjust shipping rates when necessary. Customers will receive at least 14 days' notice before rate changes take effect.
Timeframes
Are delivery timeframes guaranteed?
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs processing, weather, airline schedules, transportation issues, or other factors outside Nexora's control.
Responsibility
What are customers responsible for?
Customers should verify product restrictions before purchasing, provide accurate contact information, inspect packages upon receipt, and report any discrepancies immediately.
